What We Do
Atecom Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor materials established at Taipei of Taiwan in 1998.
We manufacture and cooperate with our partners for the various crystals on Semiconductor and Compound materials like Silicon ingots/wafers, Epitaxial wafers, SiC, GaN, Diamond, Ga2O3 wafer for Automotive, Power Device, RF and LED applications.
In the meantime, we continue to expand our product lines and move towards with our partners to the equipment industry to provide customers with more services and choices.
