What We Do
AES motomation specializes in automated material handling equipment and services for clean and sterile environments.
Together with our Japanese partners JEL Corporation, Nidec Corporation and Sinfonia Technology, we provide innovative handling solutions for both the semiconductor and flat panel display markets, specializing in replacement or upgrade of current module(s) as well as solutions for new tools. Depending on our customer's needs, these solutions can serve individual modules such as load ports, robots, pre-aligners or entire handling solutions for atmospheric, inert and vacuum environments.
Our laboratory automation solutions are based on COBOTs. These collaborative robot systems enable semi-automated tools which allow safe Robot / Human workspace cohabitation.
